Privacy Policy for Clean Living Corfu
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This website collects as little as it can. This policy explains what it does collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who Is Responsible
The controller of your personal data is Eleni Lagkaditi, trading as Clean Living Corfu, Donatou Dimoulitsa 19, Corfu, Greece. The ways to reach us are at the end of this page.
What This Website Collects
No cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The website has no forms and no accounts, and it loads nothing from other companies: its fonts and its map image are served from this website itself.
If you choose a language with the language switch, that choice is saved in your own browser so the site opens in the same language next time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it.
Server Logs
Like any web server, ours records each request it receives: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser details your browser sends. We use these records only to keep the website running and secure, for example to look into errors or misuse. They are not used to identify or profile visitors, and they are deleted automatically as newer records replace them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When You Contact Us
If you call, email or message us on Viber, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, your phone number or email address, and details of your property and the work you need.
We use these details to reply to you, to arrange a site visit, to give you a price and, if you hire us, to do the work and invoice it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and then carrying out that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and, for invoices, our obligations under Greek tax law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We keep these details only as long as we need them for those purposes. Invoices and the records behind them are kept for as long as Greek tax law requires.
Phone, email and Viber are run by their own providers, who handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising. It is shared only where that is necessary:
Our hosting provider, DigitalOcean, runs the server for this website in a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany, and processes the server logs on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
Our accountant and the Greek tax authorities receive invoice details, as the law requires.
If you open the map link on the contact page, Google Maps opens and Google’s privacy policy applies from that point on.
Your Rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to any use of it that rests on our legitimate interest. Contact us using the details below and we will answer within one month.
If you believe we have handled your personal data unlawfully, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, 1-3 Kifisias Avenue, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
